***Freelancing for the local paper***

Tonight on O'Hallows Eve, I completed my first assignment as a freelance photographer for the local paper in Placerville. I had hoped to meet up with my family downtown after the job however, that did not work out. I missed a Halloween with my children for the first time in 13 years. The point? I give up so much for your memories, your news! I know that I will have next year with my girls! This was the third time I was asked to photograph an event and I COULD NOT say no! This opportunity is something that I have hoped would happen in my career! It has and I am honored! My husband understands! My children understand! I just want you to know that photography is my heart. Sometimes I have to make sacrifices. I just thank God everyday that my family supports my decision. I live for them and breath for them just as I live and breath for your pictures! Happy Halloween! I hope that you took lots of pictures of your loved ones! Cherish them always for they are the key to remembering that one moment in time!
