I set up my studio lights yesterday so that my friends could play and learn. I was really impressed with how quick they understood studio lighting. I actually had a blast sharing the passion and knowledge with them. It felt really great to see them smile and show me their images on their lcd screens. I can't explain it. My love for photography is so deep that it completes me to see others beam with the same love. Here are a few of my images. All were lite with an ab800 from behind with a
honeycomb and red gel. Front of image was lite with an ab1600 with
beauty dish.
To sum up the use of the props: Ring images can 100% hang on your walls along with your wedding images. Think of props that explain you as a couple if you would like to incorporate that into your pictures. Your photographer will of course listen to you when meeting and take notes. For example, I heard about a story with playing cards. I remember the smiles and laughter when meeting with that particular couple. What did I use for a few of their ring images??? You guessed it! I brought along a deck of cards.
