On April 29, 2012, I photographed the 50th wedding anniversary for Fran & Jim at the Sequoia in Placerville, California. When daughter Steph asked me to photograph her parents party, I was honored! I LOVE her family! The 29th was a wonderful day and the weather was fantastic!! One can only hope to be married for 50 years! WOW! Their secret? I should have asked! From what I could see, Jim loves Fran so much! He beamed with incredible love in his eyes and with his smile for her! She was all aglow as well! I really think that "soul mates" exist! Why? Fran and Jim are proof!

Thank you so much for sharing these photos of this grand occasion. We missed being there in the flesh, however our hearts and prayers were with Jim and Fran and all present. We can tell it was a wonderful day. We love you Jim and Fran. Thank you for being the example you have for so many.
